BlueNexus Solutions

Privacy, in plain language.

Information you submit

When you use the contact form or IT readiness assessment, BlueNexus stores the details you provide, such as your name, work email, company, phone number, message, and assessment answers. This information is used only to review your request, provide relevant recommendations, and follow up with you.

Website activity

The website records first-party activity such as page views, sections viewed, referral or campaign source, approximate city and region, device and browser type, engagement time, consultation-button clicks, calendar views, and completed forms. It may also record the internet network provider and autonomous system number supplied by the hosting network. A random identifier stored in your browser helps distinguish repeat visits and sessions. Raw IP addresses and full browser fingerprints are not stored, and this activity is not sent to third-party advertising platforms.

When a visitor contacts BlueNexus

Anonymous website activity may be connected to the information a visitor voluntarily submits through the contact form or IT readiness assessment. BlueNexus may use engagement signals, such as repeat visits, service pages viewed, and form or booking activity, to prioritize potential follow-up. These signals do not reveal an anonymous visitor's identity. A visitor remains anonymous if they do not submit identifying information.

Storage and access

Submitted information and website events are stored in the website's private database. The lead dashboard requires the BlueNexus owner's authenticated account. BlueNexus does not sell submitted information.

Your choices

You can clear the anonymous identifier by removing site data in your browser. You can also contact BlueNexus to ask about information you submitted or request its deletion. Email felipe@bluenx.net.
