This notice describes how the BlueNexus Solutions LLC website collects inquiry information and website activity for follow-up and performance analysis.
Information you submit
When you use the contact form, quote request, or IT readiness check, BlueNexus stores the details you provide, such as your name, work email, company, phone number, message, service needs, timing, contact preference, and assessment answers and score. These details are used to review your request, prepare recommendations or a proposal, and follow up with you. Do not submit passwords, payment details, patient information, or other sensitive client data through these forms.
Website activity
The website records page views, sections viewed, referral and campaign information, approximate city, region and country, network provider, device, browser and operating-system type, language, time zone, screen and window size, engagement time, scroll depth, consultation clicks, calendar views, and form activity. Persistent local storage and session storage identifiers help distinguish visitors and sessions. The server also processes your IP address to create a keyed, hashed network identifier and to limit abusive requests. The application analytics records do not contain the raw IP address; hosting providers may process IP addresses and request logs separately.
When a visitor contacts BlueNexus
Website activity is associated with browser and network identifiers and is not necessarily anonymous. When you submit a contact form, quote request, or readiness check, your browser and session identifiers can connect earlier and later activity to your inquiry. BlueNexus may use repeat visits, pages viewed, and form or calendar activity to prioritize follow-up. Shared browsers or networks may represent more than one person.
Storage and access
Submitted information and website events are stored in the site database, with the lead dashboard restricted to the BlueNexus owner's authenticated account. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data to operate the site. Access controls reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute security. BlueNexus does not sell submitted information.
Booking and outside services
The homepage embeds Calendly. Loading or using that calendar connects your browser to Calendly, which handles booking details and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy notice. The site is hosted through Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. This notice covers this website; separate providers have their own practices.
Your choices
Clearing site data removes browser-stored identifiers but does not delete previously stored records or prevent a new identifier on a later visit. You can contact BlueNexus to ask about your information or request deletion at felipe@bluenx.net (opens email app). You can also contact us directly instead of using the website forms or calendar.
